Fashion photographer. Two-time founder. Engineer who still thinks like a photographer.
Shreyak Singh is an Indian fashion photographer from Mumbai, India who has proven to be proficient in taking pictures of people. He has worked on numerous fashion editorials which have been published in various international magazines such as Artells Magazine, Ellements Magazine, GMARO Magazine and PUMP Magazine, establishing his profile in the industry, and has shot for brands such as VH1, Fastrack and Radisson Blu.
He started out as a professional fashion photographer with a computer science degree. After the lockdown he turned that eye for how brands look toward building the technology behind them. He is an alum of the Indian School of Business and worked as an engineer at Amazon before going full-time on his own products.
In 2023 he co-founded Flashoot as CTO, built its mobile app and backend from scratch and scaled it to close to $1M in revenue before exiting in 2026. Alongside it he co-founded WTMF AI, an AI emotional companion app that reached 5,000 users within three months of launch and was later acquired by a startup in the mental-health space. He was also the head of tech and creative at Zineeverse Motion Pictures.
What I'm working on now
In 2026, straight after the Flashoot exit, he founded overads: marketing automation for small teams. You describe a marketing job in plain English and overads turns it into a workflow that reads your ads and posts, drafts the post, the report or the recommendation, and waits for your approval. Ad access is read-only. It suggests, you decide.
overads is bootstrapped and built in public. He writes the code, takes the calls and turns user complaints into the roadmap, splitting his time between Hyderabad and the San Francisco Bay Area.
